Refund policy
Modification or Cancellation of Your Order
We prioritize getting your order to you as swiftly as possible. Therefore, once your order is in progress at our warehouse, usually within 24 hours, it cannot be canceled or modified. If there’s an issue with your order, please reach out to us upon receiving your item, and we will facilitate the return process and ensure you receive a refund swiftly.
Product Returns or Exchanges
If you need to return or exchange a product, please reach out to us for confirmation before sending the item back. We offer a generous 60-day return/exchange policy from the day you receive your item.
For eligibility:
- The product should be unused and in the condition that you received it.
- It should also be in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase and detailed photos of the product are required for verification.
Please note, customers are responsible for return shipping costs if the return is due to personal reasons such as dissatisfaction with color or size, or a change of mind. WhiteGlove delivery fees are non-refundable after 24hrs of the order being placed.

Warranty Information

Refund Processing
Refunds are processed promptly upon receipt and verification of your returned item. It typically takes 1-2 weeks for us to examine the returned item, and refunds will be processed to your original payment method within five business days thereafter. For any concerns or if your refund is delayed, please contact us at customerservice@myliftchair.com.
Submit a return request
1. Log in to your account:
1. In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".
2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
5. Click "Submit request".
If your return request is approved, then you'll receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.
