Best deal ever! Chairs came in boxes and it was easy to unbox. I think it must be the easiest assembly of anything Ive bought. The customer service was amazing, never dealt with a company that kept me so informed before the product got here. The chair is firm and having had soft squishy chairs that wear out quickly I was very happy. The massage and heat was not a deciding factor in my purchase but its a lovely added bonus. The price is great, the chairs are comfortable and I would recommend this company to anyone (already have actually)!

Comfortable chair and massage /heat works great. Love this chair. It was heavy but I was able to put it together by myself. The massage and heat work great. Not too intense but just enough.
