This is an incredibly easy chair to put together. It is on the firm side but feels good to my back. I am 5 4 and it fits me perfectly-might be small for larger people. Heat and massage are nice (really vibration) and the controls are well designed.

Great chair for my needs! This chair came in one box with two pieces. It wasnt hard to get out of the box and my husband helped put it together. I have disabilities that Make me have a hard time getting up so finally buying a chair like this was so wonderful!
