This is an incredibly easy chair to put together. It is on the firm side but feels good to my back. I am 5 4 and it fits me perfectly-might be small for larger people. Heat and massage are nice (really vibration) and the controls are well designed.

My daughter had to have a lift chair after breaking her shoulder. She could not get out of the chair on her own so this chair has been a lifesaver for us. She is 56 and weighs 165 and the chair fits her great. She hasnt really used the heat & massage function much yet but Im sure I will enjoy it after she heals and no longer needs it.

It is wonderful. It came a week earlier than expected. It was easy to assemble. My 15 yr. Old granddaughter put it together for me.

Works like a charm. Lifts when I need it too and gives me a back massage all in one... love it

The lift chair works great. Easy to set up, firm, massage is strong compared to another massage chair I have used. Got this to help my Dad out of chair when he is hair but we actually really like it too. Time will tell how it holds up but its a fraction of the price of most lift chairs
