    Well built, heavy construction. I was a little leery at the idea of ordering a lift chair that came dissembled. The chair came in two boxes, both were small enough to be maneuvered in a standard door by one 67 yr old person (the last rocker-recliner took 4 people to bring in the same doorway). Read thru the directions and assembled the chair in about 20 minutes.

    Beautiful And Functional. Theres nothing we dont like about this chair. Its attractive and fits beautifully in my 96 yr old mothers living room. She can no longer go up the stairs to her bedroom, even with her chair lift, but doesnt want to turn her living room into a bedroom so we had the idea to get her this chair to sleep. Not only does it double as her bed but the mechanism that raises her to a standing position is incredibly helpful for her and her caregiver. It has improved the quality of her life. I highly recommend this chair.
